¹ Your Hard Drive Space is allocated as a dedicated hard drive partition (drive) that you have exclusive control over. Users cannot access other users' drives.

² Bandwidth allotment includes the total of all uploads and downloads through FTP, as well as uploads and downloads of torrents. Packages marked UNLIMITED have unmetered, unlimited bandwidth allowances -- 20gigs or 200,000gigs, it's all included!

³ Sold Out packages will become available again once an additional server is set up. To keep our prices economical, one set of servers (packages) must be sold out before a new set can be offered.
Remember: Upgrading your account later is FREE, so you can always sign up now and take an upgrade when another server becomes available, or when you need more space!

⁴ This fee is not refundable after the end of your first calendar month. (eg: If you sign up on April 10, the setup fee becomes non-refundable after April 31) This fee is refundable if you decide to cancel your account before the end of your first calendar month.

⁵ Cost per Month is the monthly recurring price that you will be charged each month. The figures listed on this page only include the hard drive space; bandwidth is calculated separately, in addition to these charges, as presented on the next step of the signup process. Payments are due in advance 7 days before the 1^st of each month. Unpaid accounts are disabled on the 1^st of each month. If you are unable to pay your account on time, you must contact us by email 7 days before the 1st of the month, or your account will be considered Abandoned as of the 1^st of the month. Abandoned accounts are deleted immediately on the 1^st of each month, to make room for paying clients.

Your price is guaranteed! No matter how much our published package prices change after the fact, you will always be guaranteed the price, hard drive space, and bandwidth that you originally sign up for. If at any time you change packages, then the new package will be locked in at that time. Please read this FAQ item regarding late payments, and how they can affect this guarantee.

You can upgrade your package at any time, as often as you wish without any additional setup fees. Simply send us an email specifying the new package type and date that you want it upgraded. Mid-month upgrades will require a payment of the difference in package prices for the entire current month (since you will have the use of the new package's full Bandwidth amount). Note that changes between Seeder and Limitless classes of account involve moving the account to a new server, and setup charges may apply if you want your files moved to the new server.

You can downgrade your account once every 3 months without charge. Simply send us an email specifying the new package type and date that you want it upgraded. More frequent downgrades will be charged the new package's setup fee (non-refundable).

As of the 1st of a calendar month, the fees for that month become non-refundable. After that date, you are obligated for the payment of charges for that month's services.

Cancellations - Cancelling your account is easy: if you choose to cancel your account, simply send us an email notification. You will receive a confirmation email and the server will be deactivated at the end of the month. Click here to learn more about our Cancellation and refund policies.
